How much does it cost?
Lee’s prices vary depending on the size, medium, and how much detail is involved in the
image you would like. Here is a breakdown in the different mediums.
Graphite; From $50 to $900
Pen and Ink; From $50 to $500
Pastels; From $150 to $2500
Sepia pencil or pastels; from $100 to $2500
Full color; from $300 to $5000
What Subject Matters does Lee Do?
Lee can do any Fantasy subject matter as well as some Science Fiction and Horror and
romantic themed work. However, Lee does not do portraits so please do not ask, she can
make the image resemble you but it WILL NOT look exactly like you. She will not do copy
written images; so don’t ask her to do renditions of your favorite Disney or Anime
characters. And yes she will do nudes if done in a tasteful manner.
How can I get a quote?
You can email Lee at using the contact page on this site or stop by and see her at a show.
Just tell her a bit about what you would like as well as the size and the medium and she
will get a quote back to you.
Do I have to pay for the whole thing up front?
No, we ask that you pay 25% down and the rest on delivery or if you wish to do layaway
that can be arranged as well, but please note once the sketch is approved you cannot back
out of the design. Lee will go over the colors and make sure they are to your liking before
starting.
What if I just don’t like it when it is done?
Lee will go through everything with even as she works on the piece, however if at the time
of completion you just do not like it we will not hold you to your purchase. However the
25% deposit you put down will not be returned for Lee’s time. Lee has done many
commissions and none have wanted their money back.

From time to time Lee is so pleased with a commissioned piece that she wants to do prints
of it, before doing so she will ask your permission and you will get the first artist proof as
a thank you.
have to have? Lee Anne does offer Layaway for orders over $100. For orders up to $800, we
require a deposit of 20% of your order total (including shipping costs). For orders over
$800, we require a deposit of 10% of your order total.
You may pay off your layaway purchase in whatever time frame you wish, but it must be
within 12 months of your original order. So if you wish to do a four month layaway, for
example, you would divide the remainder of your order total by four and pay that amount
each month for four months. If any of this is too confusing, or if you need to make any
sort of special arrangements, please send us an email, and we'll try to work with your
needs.
Layaway Terms and Conditions:
• Lee Anne Seed Illustrations will hold layaway items for a period no longer than
twelve (12) months. If the items have not been paid in full within this time, an attempt will
be made to contact you by email or postal mail. If any of your contact information changes
while you have an order on layaway, it is your responsibility to inform us of your updated
contact information.
• The initial deposit may be made by credit card, check, or money order. If you are
placing a layaway order at a festival or convention attended by Lee Anne Seed Illustrations
you may pay for your deposit in cash.
• You may cancel your layaway purchase within 15 days of the receipt of your deposit
with no penalty. If the layaway is cancelled after 15 days, you forfeit your deposit.
• All cancellations must be made in writing - no phone calls or emails, please.
• Once Lee Anne Seed Illustrations has received a layaway payment, we will issue you
a receipt confirming the payment and including your new total due.
• All layaway sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable after 15 days of receipt and
may not be used towards another purchase.
• A payment must be made on your layaway order every 30 days. If Poppyseed
Graphics has not received a payment in 60 days, we reserve the right to cancel the
layaway. All the payments made up to that point are forfeited.

own systems. Please, though, keep in mind she has worked hard on all of these pieces
so we ask that you do a link back to this page or give her proper credit. We ask that you
please follow these simple rules and conditions:
An individual can display her graphics as long as it's for personal, non-commercial,
non-profit use.
Please use the images sparingly, It's perfectly fine for decoration, to display your
favorites, the ones you've purchased, ones that match your RPG characters, etc. It is
not cool to duplicate her web site!
Please don't link directly to the images on my site. Copy the images you want to your
webspace directory and link to them there.
If you wish to use one of Lee's images for a profit making venture please contact us
and we will be happy to negotiate a contract with you or let you know how much the
rights are, this includes items you are going to sell on Ebay.
game cards?
Please include a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) with the proper postage
on it, or we will not be able to return your items! Foreign senders should include
U.S. postage or International Reply Coupons for the correct return postage. Please
keep the number of your submitted items for autographing to a reasonable amount.
The more items you send her at once, the longer it will take us to return them. Lee
can personalize the cards if you wish, but as with her prints, you should know that
personalization will decrease the value of the cards on the resale market.
